By using Purgebg, you agree to these terms. Purgebg provides browser-based image background removal and related account features. You must use the service lawfully and only with images you are authorized to process.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security or usage controls, access another user's account, distribute malware, or use Purgebg to violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for your account security and for the content you process.

You retain rights in your images and outputs. Purgebg does not claim ownership of them. Product software, branding, documentation, and site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

The free browser tool is offered as available and may not produce a perfect result for every image. Inspect outputs before relying on them. Paid plans are not for sale until they are explicitly marked available on the pricing page; future terms, limits, and refund rules will be shown before purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, Purgebg is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may suspend abusive accounts or update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
